What is Parkour
Parkour / Freerunning is an officially recognised sport that encourages self-improvement, revealing one’s physical and mental limits while simultaneously offering ways to overcome them. It is a method of training one’s body and mind in order to be as completely functional, effective and liberated as possible in any environment.
The sport aims to build confidence, determination, self-discipline, self-reliance, and responsibility for one’s actions. It encourages humility, respect for others and for one’s environment, self-expression, community spirit, and the importance of play, discovery and safety at all times.
Parkour / Freerunning uses a set of foundation movements such as jumping, bounding, climbing, vaulting, balancing and flips in order to create challenges and pathways over and around obstacles. When one becomes more experienced, these movements can be experimented with to create more complex skills and combinations.
My two boys absolutely LOVE this group! A great set guys who are supportive, encouraging and great with the kids. A fantastic, safe environment for the children to learn the skills they need in Parkour. I can't recommend them enough.

First time here. Can't rate it enough. Good instructor to student ratio. The instructors are really engaged and on top of behavior and instructing each individual. They were really welcoming and positive in their teaching methods, I've noticed that they encourage challenging themselves not others which I really liked. Highly recommend.

Aspire does an amazing job teaching the children parkour at all levels. They stretch those who are confident in the activity and nurture those who are not. They are a really friendly bunch and the kids have so much fun!
