WILDCARD Description
A strength and conditioning session designed to connect physical training directly to parkour. Students practice key exercises such as squats, push-ups, pull-ups, and core drills, learning how each one supports jumps, vaults, and climbs. Correct form and gradual progression are emphasized to build both safety and performance. Power Up shows how physical training fuels parkour ability.
