WILDCARD Description

Flow Factory is all about developing smooth, connected movement in Parkour. In this wildcard class, participants focus on specific moves and skills that are not usualy taught in our weekly classes that add fluidity to their runs, while also learning how to make transitions between movements feel natural and seamless. The session encourages creativity and body awareness, helping participants to link individual skills into flowing sequences. By practising these flow-focused movements, participants gain confidence in maintaining momentum, moving efficiently, and expressing their own style through Parkour. Whether refining simple transitions or experimenting with longer, more complex sequences, Flow Factory teaches how to make movement feel effortless and continuous, turning practice into truly fluid performance.
