A high-energy session where parkour skills meet strategy in a team-based game. Students must use speed, agility, and creativity to sneak past defenders and secure the flag. The session develops not only movement, but also teamwork and quick decision-making under pressure. Capture the Flag turns training into a playful competition that builds both skill and teamwork.
